This recipe is a healthy tweak on the popular poppy seed dressing. It’s especially important to use fresh ingredients: unprocessed olive oil & fresh lemons. (Not just with this recipe, with errthing you’re making! The secret to your health is healthier ingredients.)
- 1/4 c Olive Oil
- juice of 1-2 Meyers Lemons – depending on your love for lemons. (I’m obsessed with Meyers lemons)
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp Grade B pure Maple Syrup
