Kombucha Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Kombucha Dijon VinaigretteDairy-Free, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Heart-Healthy, Probiotic Food

Makes ~6 servings


  • 1/2 c overly fermented kombucha, aka kombucha vinegar
  • 1/4 – 1/2 c salad oil: olive oil, flax seed oil, hemp seed oil, etc
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • freshly ground pepper


  • Mix everything together in a clean jar, shake well, and use 1-2 Tbsp on your salads!
