Refreshing Pineapple Kombucha

Not only is this flavor DELICIOUS but it’s absolutely fantastic for you in so many ways – especially your digestion!  Pineapple contains an active ingredient, bromelain, which is great for digestion, mint is soothing for digestion, and ginger has been known to aid in the digestive process, help with nausea, and so much more!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Tbsp Pineapple concentrate (buy frozen from Safeway or the likes, couldn’t find it at Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Pineapple Juice in the cans might work well, too)
  • ~1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 inch sliced or grated fresh ginger
  • Fresh mint leaves, ~6? Depending on how minty you like it
  • 1 L plain Kombucha

Directions:

  1. In a 1.5 bottle, mix all the ingredients together
  2. Gently invert the bottle, maybe give it a light shake
  3. Let your flavor sit for at least a day
  4. Enjoy!
