Berry Chia Jam

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2-3 chopped pitted dates

Thaw frozen berries.  If thawing them in the microwave or on the stove do it slowly: microwave: in 20-30 second increments, stirring in between until thawed.  On the stove: over low-med heat, stirring continuously to avoid burning and/or sticking to the pot.

Add berries, chia seeds, and dates to your blender or food processor and blend until as smooth as possible.  Transfer to your jam jar or container and put in the refrigerator for at least a few hours to form a more jam-like consistency.  Enjoy!
